Abstract
Digital literacy is the basis for the productive and safe use of digital technologies to solve practical problems in the context of general digitalization and digital transformation of education. Lack of digital literacy poses a threat to the physical and psychological health and social well-being of an individual, limits a person’s ability to exercise civil rights, receive government services, online communication and collaboration, and exposes them to the dangers of cyber fraud and information security violations.
