Abstract
Formation and development of critical thinking skills of management staff and civil servants within the framework of an interdisciplinary approach is an important task of organizing education at the master's level. The lack of specialized courses in the sciences and the complex approach to the formation of criteria for critical thinking are the main reasons for weak or ineffective professional decisions, perception of reality based only on past experience, and the use of elementary linear methods of problem analysis.
