Abstract
In this article, we studied the sources of investment activity financing and discussed the ways and perspectives of their effective use. Today, it is clear that the issue of effective financing of investment activity and increase of investment projects is a priority task of any country. Currently, investment activity is growing rapidly in close connection with innovation, technology, modern finance.
