Abstract
In the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of decrees were developed, mainly related to the effective use of land and water resources in agriculture and many similar issues. Negative changes in nature are worrying us all. It is known that due to the neglect of nature, the works that are carried out underground (excavation and excavation works, ongoing drought, lack of drinking water and other issues) are causing damage to the environment. Because the relief of the earth is very complex and has low, high, steep hills and other features. The territory of our country is mainly located in the foothills and plains. It is important for specialists to have high potential in matters of efficient use of land and water resources and their proper management.
