Abstract

This article discusses the problem of sexually transmitted infections, and among them syphilis, are an important medical and social problem. The purpose of the article is to analyze the study of the indicators of SOD and CHF enzymes in patients with syphilis, in complex therapy with extencillin, tocopherol acetate and the immunomodulator neovir. The data obtained indicate that such groups of patients require an individual approach to the prescription of durant penicillin preparations. In such cases, as we can see, the use of an antioxidant and an immunomodulator as a means of nonspecific therapy contributed to the positive dynamics of clinical manifestations and the rate of CSR negativity, which, in our opinion, is associated with the activation of liver enzymes metabolism and a positive effect on the immune system, which requires further study. In all the above cases, the merit of the attending physicians was the correct assessment of the possible relationship between severe somatic pathology and positive serological tests for syphilis. After all, often positive serological tests are regarded as a manifestation of latent syphilis, and therapists treat somatic pathology with their own means.
