Аннотация
The focus of the essay is on the geographic distribution of the chemical sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the key developments in the years after independence. It examined the republic's territorial organization by calculating the volume and proportion of chemical industry products produced within each territorial unit. On the basis of the information that was researched, suggestions and directives for enhancing the territorial organization of the Uzbek chemical industry were developed.
